ST777 Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

01 Account Registration and Eligibility

To use ST777, you must register a free account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension without notice.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. ST777 does not permit minors to use the platform under any circumstances.
• Each individual may hold only one account on ST777. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• You must not register an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.

Your account login credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. ST777 staff will never ask for your password. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in is treated as authorised by you unless you notify support immediately of a security breach.

02 Deposits and PKR Payments

All deposits on ST777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• Bank Transfer
• Debit/Credit Cards
• Mobile Wallets

Deposits are credited to your ST777 balance once the payment has been confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically near-instant, while Bank Transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

• ST777 does not accept deposits from payment accounts that are not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned minus any applicable transaction costs.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed in the deposit section of your account at the time of deposit.
• ST777 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside ST777's control.

03 Withdrawals and Processing

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method associated with your ST777 account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification before processing. ST777 may request supporting documentation as part of this process.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per request are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account. Requests below the minimum will not be processed.
• Processing speed is determined by your VIP tier: Bronze and Silver accounts are processed in the standard queue; Gold accounts receive slightly prioritised handling; Platinum and Crown tier members benefit from priority processing with significantly reduced wait times.
• ST777 does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard requests. Your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only your real-money PKR balance that has cleared all applicable wagering conditions is eligible for withdrawal.
• ST777 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request. This is done to protect both the player and the platform and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

ST777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated with each individual promotion:

• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable PKR balance. The wagering requirement is clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and kept separate from your real-money PKR balance until wagering requirements are met.

• ST777 may offer cashback bonuses as part of the VIP programme. Cashback is calculated on net losses over a defined period and credited as bonus funds subject to the wagering terms specified in the cashback offer.

05 VIP Programme

The ST777 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Crown. Your tier is determined by your cumulative wagering activity on the platform.

• Bronze tier is granted automatically upon account registration at no cost.
• Tier progression is based on total PKR wagered across all game categories — Slots, Fish Games and Bingo — over a rolling period. Specific wagering thresholds for each tier are displayed in the VIP section of the platform.
• VIP tier benefits include higher weekly cashback percentages, faster withdrawal processing, cricket event bonuses, priority customer support and — at Platinum and Crown tier — a dedicated account manager.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

ST777 offers three game categories: Slots, Fish Games and Bingo. Each category operates under its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. The following general conditions apply across all games:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. ST777 does not manipulate game results and the RNG operates independently of account tier or bet size.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session — including disconnection, server error or display glitch — the game will be resolved based on the state of play at the point of the recorded interruption. If the game state cannot be determined, the stake for that round will be returned to your balance.
• Bingo rooms operate on a live schedule. Entry to a room after a round has commenced may not be possible. Room entry conditions and jackpot information are displayed before you join.

07 Account Suspension and Closure

ST777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Operating multiple accounts on the same platform.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, fraud or collusion with other players.
• Use of automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the platform or games.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening or harmful towards ST777 staff or other players.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested within a reasonable timeframe.
• Any activity that ST777 reasonably believes poses a financial, legal or reputational risk to the platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, your balance will be held securely. If the investigation concludes in your favour, your account will be restored and your balance made available. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the account will be permanently closed and the balance outcome will be determined by the nature of the breach.

You may request closure of your own account at any time through live chat or the responsible gaming self-exclusion tools available in your account settings. Voluntary closure requests will be processed promptly. Any real-money PKR balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification.

08 Privacy and Data
